Pennsylvania state law requires a current photo state ID or a current photo driver's license for any transaction over $100.00.
SCRAP ACCEPTANCE POLICY
ISR has general policies in place for Commercial/Dealer, and Walk-in Suppliers of scrap metal.
Please note that each ISR facility may have different policies based on local laws, and local conditions. Please contact us if you have any questions.
MATERIALS WE ACCEPT
*Appliances: All electrical components, compressors. **All refrigerant gasses and fluids must be removed.
*Automobiles: All fluids and refrigerants must be drained.
*Chainlink Fence: Must be cut in sections no larger than 5 feet by 3 feet.
***INCLUDING ALL MATERIALS ON OUR PURCHASE LIST ABOVE.
MATERIALS WE DO NOT ACCEPT
*Refrigerants (including CFCs and HCFCs) in appliances or air conditioners.
*Asbestos or asbestos containing materials, such as pipe insulation and surfacing material commonly found on I-beams, tanks, and other structural and demolition debris.
*Oils, gasoline, other petroleum products and antifreeze, including hydraulic fluids, gear oils and grease.
*Hydraulic equipment must have hydraulic hoses removed and cylinders cut open and drained.
*Household batteries.
*Items containing PCBs, including small capacitors, fluorescent lights.
*Full paint cans(must be clean and dry).
*Fluorescent lights, neon or mercury vapor lights.
*Any material containing hazardous or toxic substances.
**Radioactive materials of any kind.
*Tires, wood, dirt, yard debris, concrete, asphalt, glass, rubber, or other non-metallic materials.
*Computer monitors, TVs, CRT, plasma, LCD displays.
*Waste, Trash, and or Refuse of any kind
*Plastic Bags, Bottles, and Paper Items Not Accepted At This Location
